A: I get asked about how I stay in shape frequently so decided to share my program plan.
Q:Whats with the Date 11/11/2022?
A: That is how long my program will be going for. I will be taking measurements at the start and upon completion. Including max estimations in specific lifts.
Q:Why do i Care?
A: You dont have to. This is for those that are curious, but mostly for me to keep myself accountable to my program.
